Refund policy

You have 14 days after you receive the item to ask for an exchange.

Stocked items that have not been worn can be exchanged for the right size or for a gift card. Custom orders, beaded work, and anything made after a deposit are final sale, because they are made for that order.

We do not refund handmade items. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong piece, phone us as soon as you open it and we will make it right.
