Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, item will be exchange only for proper size or gift card provided with TheCreeWomanInCanada

If your return is accepted, we will exchange for proper size. Our return policy is thereof exchange only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Since all our items are handmade with custom requests, and mostly wearable items being apparel, footwear, hair accessories. We do not offer refunds at any point, we are happy to work out the issue with your order.
